When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect:

- Your business name and city.
- Your website or Google Maps listing, if you share it.
- What you want to achieve with our services.
How we use your data
We use your data only to handle your request. We will not use it for anything else or send you marketing without your consent.
Specifically, we use it:
- To reply to your message.
- To prepare and send the free Google Maps scan you requested.
- To follow up and, if you ask for it, send you a proposal or quote.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.
To run this site, we use service providers that process data only on our behalf and under our instructions: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Both process information on servers located in the United States.
Your ARCO rights and how to withdraw consent
Under Mexican law, you have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if it is wrong, Cancel it, or Object to its use (ARCO rights). You can also withdraw the consent you gave us.
We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law. To make a request, email privacidad@agaverank.com with:

- A document that proves your identity, or that of your legal representative.
- A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
